Q: Do you have any minimum quantities?
A: No, as a custom manufacturer of menu covers we have the ability to produce quantities of any amount, whether it be 25 or 20 000+, we have the manufacturing capabilities to complete any job of any size.

Q: Are custom sizes available?
A: Yes, all of our products are made to order, please contact us to discuss your needs and requirements and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: Where are Divine Menu Products made?
A: We source the finest materials from all over the world but 100% of the manufacturing is done in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Q: How are your menus sized?
A: We build the menu cover around your sheet size of the menu insert; therefore we will always refer to the paper size that the cover will hold.

Q: Do I have to use sheet protectors with the hinge style?
A: No, however sheet protectors allow for a full image area of the sheet size and keeps the pages clean. The sheet protectors are top loading allowing for easy menu changes. If you do not want sheet protectors, it is important to take into account the viewing area, approximately 1” will be lost from the left side of your page under the hinge.

Q: How do we clean our menu covers?
A: We recommend you clean your menu covers with warm water, or very mild soapy water with a damp cloth (not soaking wet). Do not use harsh chemicals, glass cleaners, abrasives, bleach, etc as these can destroy both covering materials and printed/ stamped images. All the materials we use have a stain and water resistant coating.

Q: How long will you store my die?
A: All dies that have not been used for five consecutive years will be discarded.

Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes. It is possible, however because the number of products is so large, it is not always possible to find the exact item in the size, color, and texture you are looking for, however you will receive an item very similar.

Q: What shipping method does Divine Menu Covers use?
A: Upon completion of your order, the Divine team will help determine the best and most economical option for your shipment using various carriers . However, expedited services are always available when necessary. Or alternatively, you may advise us with your preferred carrier and we will arrange shipping with them.

Q: Do you ship to the United States and Caribbean?
A: Yes, our products are shipped worldwide via UPS, or your preferred shipping provider.

Q: What are the costs of doing business internationally?
A: Our process makes it very easy. Our quote includes all duties, and customs clearance fees. The only thing you are responsible for is paying your local taxes and the shipping.

Q: What format do you want the artwork in?
A: Please send your artwork to your sales representative as an .eps or .ai in Illustrator with the text outlined.

Q: Do you have any menu covers in stock?
A: Unfortunately, we do not stock any menu covers, however we stock various materials allowing for quick turn around times if necessary. Please contact us about these items.
